Conductor Stephen Alltop and Organist Dana Robinson

The Champaign-Urbana Symphony has been auditioning candidates to be its next music director by having them conduct this year’s subscription concerts. The final candidate, Stephen Alltop, will lead the orchestra Saturday night, and he’ll be my guest on the Friday edition of “Live and Local.” I’ll also talk with organist Dana Robinson, who will play music from Bach’s Art of the Fugue for the Baroque Artists of Champaign Urbana Sunday night.
