Tito Carrillo is a trumpeter, educator, bandleader, composer and arranger who has become something of a fixture in the Chicago jazz and Latin music scenes. He's made a name for himself performing, recording and touring with some of the greats, and he happens to be on faculty at the University of Illinois. Tito Carrillo has a new CD out, with a CD release show in Urbana Wednesday night. He'll bring his combo for a live session on the Wednesday edition of Live and Local.
