A Look At Legal Issues Surrounding Terms Of Service, Online Reviews, and Online Harassment

During the recent Labor Day weekend, there were no doubt a lot of students who traveled to Chicago and back using one of the many bus and shuttle services. 

One of these businesses, Suburban Express, has been in the news in the last year for first filing over a hundred lawsuits against riders for breaking their terms of service, and then in July when the owner of the company was arrested for online harassment.

There are a lot of legal issues involved in this story, so Illinois Public Radio's Jason Croft sat down recently with Matt Andres, Clinical Professor of Law at the University of Illinois and one of AM580's “Legal Issues in the News” commentators, to get a perspective.
