Menahem and Mozart

Internationally renowned pianist and founder of the Beaux Arts Trio Menahem Pressler joins Sinfonia da Camera in an all-Mozart program. The ever-popular and kinetic Overture to Le Nozze di Figaro opens the program, followed by Pressler’s rendition of the Piano Concerto No. 23. Audiences are afforded a rare treat as two world-class pianists, Hobson and Pressler, unite for a performance of the Concerto for Two Pianos, No. 10, before the evening concludes with Mozart’s last and perhaps greatest symphonic work, the “Jupiter” Symphony.
