Enjoy sizzling hot jazz and smooth tunes from the Allerton Music Barn Festival all month long on Prairie Performances—Friday nights at 7 pm on WILL-FM 90.9.
This week features Swing! Swing! Swing! a concert from the Allerton Music Barn Festival of 2013. The program is a tribute to legendary clarinetist and band leader Benny Goodman. The UI Jazz Concert Band led by Joel Spencer has a very special guest, Ken Peplowski, who was a member of the Mr. Goodman’s band.
