The Creation, Joseph Haydn’s greatest contribution to the oratorio genre, is a work of vivid musical depictions and wondrous vocal lines.

This week on Prairie Performances at 7 pm on Friday on WILL-FM will feature the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra (CUSO) celebrating the beauty of nature to the fullest through Haydn’s lively genius. They are joined by the University of Illinois Oratorio Society for this performance from the fall of 2015.
