The U of I Chamber Orchestra with conductor Donald Schleicher performs Grieg's Holberg Suite, Milhaud's The Creation of the World and R. Strauss' Serenade, Op. 7. Hyungryoul Kim is soloist on Takashi Yoshimatsu's Cyber Bird Concerto. Kim, from Seoul, Korea, is pursuing a doctorate of musical arts in saxophone performance and literature from Prof. Debra Richtmeyer’s studio at the U of I.
