Wednesday night October 26 at 7:00 on FM 90.9 you’ll hear an “Evening Concert Special” from the “Wind and Rhythm” series: “Painting Music” followed at 8:00 by Episode 2 of the four-part series “The Middle” hosted by Jeremy Hobson. It’s a live call-in program focused on issues of interest ahead of the midterm elections.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the fourth program in a new series from the San Francisco Symphony. You’ll hear Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition”. Cristian Măcelaru  guest conducts. Also on the program Adam Schoenberg’s “Losing Earth” and Boulanger’s “Spring Morning”.
