Thursday night June 22 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s a Deutsche Welle Festival Concert. From the 2022 Berlin Music Festival you’ll hear Mahler’s “6th Symphony”, the “Tragic” and Kaija Saariaho’s “Orion” as performed by the Concertgebouw Orchestra led by Klaus Mäkelä.

Tuesday night November 1 at 7:00 on the Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”.  You’ll hear Stravinsky’s “The Firebird” and Anders Hillborg’s “Eleven Gates”. Also on the program Prokofiev’s “2nd Violin Concerto” with soloist Daniel Lozakovich.
