Monday night April 21 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Janacek’s “Glagolitic Mass”.  Also on the program Alban Berg’s “Violin Concerto” with soloist Pinchas Zukerman, his “Lyric Suite,” and Act III of “Wozzeck”.

Monday night March 17 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on W-I-L-L 90.9 FMHD1 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear an all-star cast perform a concert version of Janacek’s opera “The Cunning Little Vixen”. Soprano Isabel Bayrakdarian sings the title role. Alan Gilbert conducts.

Sunday night March 9 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9 FMHD1 you’ll hear Janacek’s “Violin Sonata” and Dvorak’s last “String Quartet” on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 you’ll hear chamber music from Brazil, Spain, and Portugal on “Fiesta” and at 8:00 "Classical Music" from Santa Fe.

Wednesday night November 20 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9F/HD1 you’ll hear Sir Simon Rattle lead the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra in Janacek’s “Sinfonietta” and Dvorak’s Opus 72 set of “Slavonic Dances”.
