The city of Danville has released a lengthy report that shows off a future vision for the downtown development along the Vermilion River.  The concept drawings in the 101-page report on recreational use include picnic areas, walkways, and larger projects like an amphitheater, but there are no imminent plans for work that will rely largely on grant funds.
