Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s Carnegie Hall Live. The San Francisco Symphony plays Gershwin’s “An American in Paris”, the Philadelphia Orchestra plays Bernstein’s “On the Waterfront Suite” and the Kanneh-Mason’s play Barber’s “Cello Sonata”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “Collectors’ Corner with Henry Fogel”. It’s an all-Bernstein program. You’ll hear the suite from “On the Waterfront”, the “2nd Symphony” subtitled “The Age of Anxiety”, the Chichester Psalms, and the “Serenade After Plato”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. James Ehnes is the soloist in Barber’s “Violin Concerto”. James Gaffifan guest conducts.  Also on the program Rachmaninov’s “Symphonic Dances” and Bernstein’s “Symphonic Suite from ‘On The Waterfront’”.
