Also on the program Lera Auerbach’s “Cello Concerto” featuring cellist Gautier Capuçon.

Thursday night October 20 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra”.  Music Director Manfred Honeck leads the group in Glinka’s “Overture to ‘Ruslan and Ludmilla’” and Tchaikovsky’s “4th Symphony”.   Also on the program Brahms’ “1st Piano Concerto” with soloist Helene Grimaud.
