Some Illinois social service groups say within a few months, they'll be forced to either close their doors or borrow money if the governor and legislators can't agree on a budget.  Directors of agencies like the Vermilion County Rape Crisis Center and Circle of Friends Adult Day Care say they're worried for both their employees and they people they serve.

Bill Cosby is expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon on sexual assault charges filed over a 2004 encounter in his home outside Philadelphia.  A former Temple University employee says Cosby drugged and assaulted her.

31-year-old Champaign Police Officer Jerad B. Gale was arrested by State Police Tuesday, in connection with the alleged sexual assaults of two women in 2012 and 2013.

Vice President Joe Biden told students on the University of Illinois’ Urbana campus today that they have a responsibility to act to prevent sexual assault.

The vice president will address sexual assualt prevention at the university's Urbana campus.  The event will highlight the "It’s On Us" sexual assault prevention campaign.
