An attack mid-day Wednesday in the heart of London has caused at least four deaths and 20 injuries, according to police. "We are treating this as a terrorist incident until we know otherwise," the Metropolitan Police said in a statement. "There has been a serious incident within the estate," Commons Leader David Lidington told members of Parliament.
