What Will It Take To Eliminate The Black Market For Marijuana?

Even though Illinois is now the 11th state to make recreational cannabis legal, that doesn’t mean the black market for marijuana will disappear overnight.

All this week on the show during our “State of Cannabis” series, we’re exploring how legalization has played out in other states. Today, we heard about how some of those states have dealt with black market issues and what unique challenges we might see here in Illinois.
