Chicago venture capitalist and philanthropist J.B. Pritzker was elected Tuesday at Illinois's 43rd governor. He'll be sworn in next January. On Wednesday afternoon, The 21st's Niala Boodhoo caught up with Governor-Elect Pritzker to talk about his goals for his first year in office and how he plans to overcome partisan rancor.
