On the 21st: The presidential inauguration takes place one week from today. We heard from some Illinois residents who are going to Washington D.C. to celebrate, and others who are marching.  Plus, we spoke with Republican Congressman Rodney Davis about the new administration of President-Elect Donald Trump.
