From the Associated Press: A leaked draft opinion suggests the U.S. Supreme Court is poised to overturn the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion throughout the country. The draft has been confirmed as authentic by Chief Justice John Roberts, but it’s important to note that it is not yet final. It could change before being handed down by the nine-member court. Our guests today reacted to the possibility of the legal right to abortion may come to an end.

Editor's note: Illinois Public Media follows NPR's guidance for covering abortion. Click here for that guidance. On the air, we use terms such as "abortion rights supporter(s)/advocate(s)" and "abortion rights opponent(s)" or derivations thereof (for example: "advocates of abortion rights"). We do not use "pro-life" and "pro-choice" in copy except when used in the name of a group. If a person we're interviewing uses the terms in a soundbite, we do not change that.
Missouri senators took a step today toward banning abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned. @HannahFalconTV reports on how it will happen on ABC 17 News at 6. https://t.co/XME98PaqYd
