Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic took over our lives last March, many have been feeling the weight of time. Day after day is the same thing: wake up, work, repeat. Days blur into weeks, weeks into months and the months are building into a year. And for those on the lower end of the vaccine priority list, we don’t know when this cycle will end.
To discuss time, the way we think about it and how we might change that for the better, The 21st was joined by the author of Time Smart: How to Reclaim Your Time & Live a Happier Life.
