Best of: Is Illinois Ready for a million electric vehicles?

Last year, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed into law the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act – CEJA, for short. Automakers like Rivian are building EV’s in the Bloomington/Normal area.
