Best of: The truth about tipping

Back in October, the Chicago City Council voted in favor of an ordinance that leads to the removal of the city's tipped minimum wage. And last month, the Illinois House’s Labor and Commerce Committee approved legislation that would eliminate tipped minimum wage statewide, although it seems to have an uphill battle.

On the 21st, we'll discuss tipping in general, and hear about the effects it has on workers, customers, and businesses.
