The stay at home order throughout Illinois has taken quite a toll on the economy along with personal finances, including that of local farmers.

There are thousands of local food producers in the state of Illinois. Farmers who sell at your local farmers market, roadside produce stands and farmers who provide fruits and vegetables for local restaurants, rely on community engagement to get their product on the market.

Moving forward, local producers are unsure as to how they will operate.
