Vaccine Rollout: Where Is Illinois Falling Short?

As the new, more contagious variant of the COVID-19 virus enters the U.S., getting communities vaccinated is becoming increasingly important. However, signing up for the vaccine is proving to be difficult. The Chicago Sun-Times even likened it to the movie The Hunger Games.
