Durbin discusses Russia’s war on Ukraine and Supreme Court hearings
US Senator Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) has been a key figure in recent events. He visited America's NATO allies in Europe in the days before Russia invaded Ukraine. Next week, he will chair the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson. Durbin also serves as the Senate Majority Whip, the second-highest-ranking position among the Senate Democrats. He also serves as Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee and sits on the Appropriations and Agriculture Committees.
He joined The 21st to discuss Russia's invasion of Ukraine, President Biden's nomination for the Supreme Court, and more.

The Chicago Ukrainian rally on Sunday was a remarkable display of unity. Flags from Poland, Lithuania, and many other nations joined the many blue and gold banners from Ukraine. The valiant people of Ukraine are inspiring the world.— Senator Dick Durbin (@SenatorDurbin) March 15, 2022
