Illinois city aims to be anti-abortion sanctuary
Last week, Danville passed a city ordinance that banned the shipping of abortion medication and tools, in an effort to become a “sanctuary city for the unborn.” But experts and state officials argue the ordinance is illegal, and a legal battle is set to take place at the Illinois-Indiana border city.
The 21st was joined by an attorney from ACLU Illinois and two journalists that have been following the story.
