Interview: Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL)

Dick Durbin (D) has served as the US Senator from Illinois since 1996. He has served as the Senate Democratic Whip since 2005. Durbin is now chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He joined The 21st on the same day House leaders canceled a scheduled legislative session over another plot to breach the Capitol Building.
