Is Illinois Ready To Play Ball?

As Illinois eases into reopening, a question on the minds of many baseball fans is whether we will be hearing "play ball" this summer. Major League Baseball and the players union couldn’t come to an agreement on terms to restart play, but the MLB plans to begin a 60-game season beginning on July 24th anyway.
We look at what a Major League baseball season looks like, and some other Illinois related stories around the league. Later, we shift to the minor leagues, right here in Illinois.
