According to the annual Chapman University Survey of American Fears, Americans are becoming more afraid. Whether it’s fear of corrupt government officials, climate change or not having enough money — all three which rank in the top 10 according to that study. Perhaps Americans are in need of a Fear-Fighting manual.

To speak more about how fear holds us back, and how we can conquer it is best selling author Luvvie Ajayi Jones. She was born in Nigeria, grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
