Nationally, races that will decide control of the House and Senate are still up in the air, and it may be days — or even weeks – before we know the full story from yesterday's midterm elections.

But here in Illinois, the forecast "red wave" failed to make even much of a ripple on the blue shores of Illinois. Many Illinois elections have already been decided: the governor's race, one of Illinois' U.S. senate seats, and Illinois' expanded Supreme Court. However, a few — including a state constitutional amendment — are still up in the air as of the time we recorded our conversation.

We spent the whole show today unpacking the election results (And lack thereof) with a panel of political journalists and experts.
