NCAA Basketball Tournament Preview

March Madness has returned, and this year there are four Illinois teams playing in the tournament: two from the men’s side and two from the women’s side. The 21st heard more about the Illinois, Loyola, Northwestern and Bradley University teams from a reporters across the state.
