About a week and a half ago, Oberweis Dairy filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, alongside sharing potential plans to layoff more than 100 workers, stating, "The intent of this filing is to seek debt relief while the company continues to operate in the ordinary course of business as a sale is pursued.”

On The 21st today, we'll discuss what a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing means, how Oberweis has performed since the pandemic, and how its leadership has been under Jim Oberweis. Then, we'll touch on Jim Oberweis' political venture, and if that could have negatively harmed the business.
