Plant-based eating expo comes to Peoria this weekend
In recent years, plant-based eating has had a significant jump in popularity. It seems like every fast-food joint now has an impossible burger on the menu.
This brings us to Peoria, which will be hosting the Plant-Based Peoria Expo this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Peoria Civic Center.
We are joined by two of the event's featured speakers to learn more about plant-based eating and its effects.
