Reporter Roundtable: Reopening Schools and COVID’s Effects on Under Reported Communities

As of August 3, 2020, the Illinois Department of Public Health says there are nearly 182-thousand confirmed COVID-19 cases. The death toll now stands at 7,517. The 21st is joined by two reporters from Illinois to check-in with some under reported communities about the effects of COVID-19 and how they’re reacting to back to school plans.
