Rockford competition turns snow into sculptures

You might be more familiar with ice sculptures, but how about snow sculptures? That snowman in your front yard? Well, that's a snow sculpture. That snow angle your kid made that doesn't really look like a snow angel? That's a snow sculpture too. But what if you can take your snow sculptures to the next level? That's where the Illinois Snow Sculpting Competition comes in.
