It’s been a long week to say the least. No matter your political affiliation, you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed between the stress of the Presidential Election nights, and days, not to mention the global pandemic keeping us at a distance from family and friends. The 21st wanted to all take a deep breath, and get some strategies for calming our anxiety and also some advice for how to keep our cool when we have conversations with people who are different from us on the political spectrum.

The 21st is joined by a psychiatrist and instructor of behavioral psychiatry at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

Guest:

Aderonke Pederson, MD, Instructor at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine
