A group of Republicans in the Illinois General Assembly say it’s time to start thinking about reopening parts of the state’s economy.

Then, with schools closed for at least the rest of the academic year, many kids and parents are adjusting to a new way of life. We talk to Lenore Skenazy, founder of the free-range kids movement and the non-profit Let Grow, who says the kids, and their parents, will be alright.

Finally, school closures have been huge disappointment to many high school seniors, particularly those looking forward to prom.
