As the coronavirus pandemic continues, we’re buying less food from restaurants and more from the grocery store. That’s meant headaches and surpluses for farmers, as they struggle to meet consumers where they are.

Plus, empty restaurants, face masks at the grocery store, shouting to neighbors from a safe social distance, we’re living in strange times, and the Illinois State Museum wants your help documenting it.

And last month, when libraries closed across Illinois, it meant more than just a loss of reading material. We heard about some of the ways that libraries are continuing to try to serve their communities.
