A group of 6 ambulance workers from central Illinois have been dispatched to help out in New York City.

Plus, we touched base with the owner of an Illinois company who’s making personal protective equipment to keep hospital workers safe. 

The federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are now recommendin the use of cloth face coverings and masks. We heard from Peoria City County Health Department administrator Monica Hendrickson about the best mask use practices.
