The 21st Show

The growing trend of importing cars to the U.S.

1991 Rover Mini Cooper ERA Turbo from Nomad Auto Imports Facebook page

As long as the car is 25 years old, you're allowed to import it to the United States.

On the show, we'll hear about why people have nostalgia for cars that were never sold in the states, and what types of cars people mainly import. We'll learn about the import process in general, and if one should be wary of scams.

To close off the show, we'll hear about the particular rise in kei truck imports, and how it is to drive a car with the steering wheel on the opposite side.
