Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion also known as DEI has become a common concept in institutions across America. 

On today's program, we examine what will DEI policies look like in the next four years under a new president and what impact could we potentially see in Illinois. Our panel of experts include a representative from a non-profit that conducts research on DEI initiatives, a director from the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois, the head of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Southern Illinois, and a Professor of Sociology and Political Science.
