University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign offers incentives amid overflow of students
Returning students who were planning to stay in on-campus housing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign got an offer: cancel your contract, find somewhere else to live, and you'll get a $2,000 credit and 100 tickets for meals in campus dining halls.

We're joined by a reporter who has been following the story and an assistant professor of higher education at Appalachian State University in North Carolina to learn more about the situation.
