As part of the Illinois State Fair experience, The 21st show team wanted to highlight some of the people and activities that make the fair special, interesting, and weird. Host Brian Mackey, producers Christine Hatfield and Jose Zepeda, and technical director Jason Croft petted a horse, tasted dishes featuring copi (formerly known as Asian carp, rode a giant slide and talked to a whole lot of people along the way.
