Tonight, Vice President Kamala Harris faces former President Donald Trump in the second debate of thed 2024 presidential election campaign and the first after President Joe Biden’s exit from the race.

A panel of politcal sicientists discuss what has changed since the last debate, what difference will the rules of the debate have on the end product and what might voters take away from all of this.
