Would You Move To Quincy For $5,000?
Like a lot of places around the country, Quincy, Illinois, along the Mississippi River, is struggling to fill jobs. And like a lot of towns in the state, has experienced population loss in recent years. The Workforce Relocation Assistance Program provides a rebate on property taxes or a rental lease to help bring more people to Quincy, and help address the labor shortage there. We were joined by Quincy's mayor and someone who recently relocated to the city.
