Former Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Fitzgerald has died. His career included presiding over the impeachment trial of Governor Rod Blagojevich. He left the court in 2010 after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. He died Sunday at the age of 74.
