Update from Classical Manager Max Ramirez

Classical Manager Max Ramirez

First and foremost, I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season. Many of us have begun to make New Year's resolutions or have already stepped up to implement them. One of my resolutions this year was to be more attentive to you, the listening and supporting audience. In 2024, many of you participated in our audience survey, which asked numerous questions about how you listen to Classical 90.9. Well, the results are in! I want to thank each and every one of you for your participation in our survey. We couldn't have gotten such great feedback without amazing supporters like you! So, how will I make good on my resolution?

Well, starting in January, you will see some changes to the program schedule. The first big change is that starting January 1, 2025, Classical 90.9 will no longer carry Feminine Fusion. Through much conversation and study, we determined that Feminine Fusion was not in the best time slot possible for your listening experience. The Classical 24 network will temporarily play in place of Feminine Fusion while we gear up for some scheduling renovations.

Over the next several months, Classical 90.9 will undergo some exciting scheduling changes, based on your feedback. New shows featuring classical movie scores will emerge as well as the return of some old favorites. If you're not subscribed to Clef Notes, please do so to keep up with all of our exciting changes! If you would like to continue to follow Feminine Fusion, visit the show link here.

Once all the necessary work has been completed to make these program changes, I will be sending another manager's update in March. Until then, thank you for your support and devotion to Classical 90.9!
