Beethoven’s 1st and 5th (“Emperor”) Piano Concertos from Beethovenfest in Bonn

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the final “Beethovenfest from Bonn” program from the “Deutsche Welle Festival Concerts”. Pianist Leif Ove Andsnes plays Beethoven’s 1st and 5th Piano Concertos while he conducts the Mahler Chamber Orchestra from the piano bench recorded last September in the Beethoven Hall, Bonn.
