Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 you’ll hear Beethoven’s Opus 103 Wind “Octet” and Brahms’ Opus 40 “Horn Trio” on “The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 8:00 you’ll hear music by Andrea and Giovanni Gabrieli on “Early Music Now”.

When it came to talent and influence, few late-Renaissance musical families could top the Gabrielis: Andrea and his nephew Giovanni.
