John Baldwin was a singer and copyist in Renaissance England. He was responsible for the partbooks which bear his name, but he also copied My Ladye Nevells Booke, the rich anthology of keyboard music by William Byrd. We'll hear selections from both collections, performed by the Marian Consort, Rose Consort of Viols, and Davitt Moroney.
